Trading account
The account with a broker that you use to place buy and sell orders, linked to your bank account and demat account.
A trading account is your interface to the market: you use it to place orders, see prices and track your trades. It is linked to your bank account, for money, and to your demat account, for shares.
Opening one requires KYC checks. Most brokers open the trading and demat accounts together.
