Consolidated results
Also called: consolidated financial statements, standalone results
Financial statements that combine a parent company with its subsidiaries as one business, unlike standalone results for the parent alone.
Many Indian listed companies own subsidiaries, so they publish both standalone results (the parent company only) and consolidated results (the whole group). For a company with significant subsidiaries, consolidated results usually give the truer picture.
When comparing years or companies, compare consolidated with consolidated and standalone with standalone.
